-People should be able to go to banks and get their currencies converted to equivalent Afghani at rates determined by the government - and the Da Bank must be prepared to issue new money as replacement.

It is good that we are promoting local currency and barring the dollarization of the economy. This is a first step towards recognizing that money can be issued in accordance with the production capacity of the economy. This is necessary to reduce the level of unemployment in the economy. Money can be printed to put unemployed people to work .””
